    North End

    Payne-Phalen

    Summit-University

    Thomas-Dale (Frogtown)

    Formally known as Thomas-Dale but beloved locally as Frogtown, this diverse neighborhood north of University Avenue is a true melting pot of cultures.     West Seventh
